Chicken Masala cooking recipe Using Rice cooker |
Simple and Tasty.
Ingredients :- Chicken Bone less or Bone in.(75 Grams or 1 K.G.)
- Clove - 2 Pieces.
- Cumin seeds- 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
- Green Chilly - 2 pieces.
- Turmeric powder - half tea spoon.
- Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon
- Chicken masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
- Onions -2 chopped.
- Tomato - 1 Chopped.
- Chilly powder - 1/4 Tea spoon.
- Garam masala powder- 1 Tea spoon
- Oil - 2 table spoon.
- Water half cup.
- Salt as per taste.
How to cook :
- Turn on the rice cooker and let the cooking pan get hot to medium temperature.
- Now Pour the cooking oil in to the Pan.
- Let the oil hot then put the cloves and Cumin seeds.stir fry.
- Now put the chopped onions in the Pan and fry it till it turns golden brown.
- Then Pour the garlic ginger paste and saute until raw smell leaves the paste and mixture.
- Now put sliced tomatoes and chilly to the mixture.
- Saute until oil separates from tomato and mixture.
- If mixture looks dry pour little water.not too much.
- Put all the masala's into the pan and saute it nicely.
- once you see everything mixed well drop your chicken into mixture and mix it well so the chicken and mixture gets mixed.
- add salt.
- if you need more gravy add 1 cup of water.
- or else half cup is enough.
- Now you are ready to serve it wait add a little bit of Coriander leaves to get that smell of deliciousness.
The above recipe is tasty with Rice and chapati as well.
Note : This Recipe is as a bachelor i have cooked it using Rice cookers but still the taste was awesome.
