Job description : We at zain group are actively hiring for the role of call center representative at our outlet.The following responsibilities will include but not limited to the below.
- Facilitating , interacting, solving, and provide high level of customer service that would not exceed customer expectations.
- Greeting customers with a friendly and professional manner as well as evaluating their concerns and resolving problems in a timely manner aiming to ensure and secure customer satisfaction in every inter actions.
- Staying updated on products, services, promotions, terminology for all zain touch points including third party services.
- Fulfill individual and team based performance parameters to ensure meeting company standards.
Qualifications : A min of 2 years Diploma (bachelor degree preferred).
